Varee Chiangmai School organized “the 11th Varee Sports’ Day” from 9th-10th January 2014 at Varee Chiangmai School and the Chiang Mai 700 Year stadium. This sporting event aims to give opportunity for our students to express their sporting skills, team working, unity, sporting spirits, creativity and self-confidence.
Mrs. Varee Patravanich, the director, marked the opening ceremony before students starting track races. There was a friendly football match between teachers and alumni cheer teams and cheerleaders competition. It was an honour to have marching band from Wattanothai Payab School leading the parade of Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary and International programme into the sport field. The closing ceremony was presented by the parade through the school theme song “We are the future of tomorrow” singing by Primary students and leading by the school cheerleaders following by the numerous of flashy fireworks at the end.
